Position Overview: Graphic Designer We are currently seeking a skilled and innovative Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong design skills and a deep understanding of visual communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing a variety of visual assets that align with both our internal branding and client-specific needs. Key Responsibilities Design digital and print materials including, but not limited to, social media graphics, advertisements, web assets, marketing collateral, branding elements, and UI components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content, marketing, and development to deliver cohesive and high-impact visual solutions. Translate project briefs and client requirements into visually appealing and brand-consistent designs. Develop and maintain brand identities, ensuring consistency across all client and in-house design projects. Adapt designs across different formats, platforms, and screen sizes with attention to quality and responsiveness. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and effective design approaches. Participate in feedback sessions and revise designs based on internal and client input. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus. Solid understanding of layout design, color theory, typography, and brand communication. Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
