Summary Are you a creative Graphic Designer experienced in crafting engaging visual content—images, videos, and presentations—for both training and marketing? At AgenixAI, you’ll partner with our technical and content teams to streamline content production and elevate our brand across all channels. Key Responsibilities Design Training Materials: Create clear, visually compelling slide decks and graphics for our Self-Learn GenAI modules and instructor-led courses. Produce Video Assets: Storyboard, edit, and deliver short instructional videos, including motion graphics and animated explainers. Develop Marketing Collateral: Design social media graphics (posts, carousels, ads), infographics, and banner ads that align with our brand identity. Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content adheres to AgenixAI’s style guidelines—typography, color palette, and imagery. Collaborate & Iterate: Work closely with subject-matter experts, marketers, and developers; incorporate feedback and rapidly iterate on designs. Content Asset Management: Organize and maintain an accessible library of templates and raw files for ongoing and future projects. Optimize Workflows: Propose and implement improvements to our content-creation processes to reduce the technical team’s workload. Required Skills & Tools Canva & Gamma: Rapid prototyping of presentations, infographics, and social posts. Adobe Creative Suite: Mastery of Photoshop (raster editing) and Illustrator (vector graphics); InDesign a plus. Video Editing: Proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools for motion graphics. Presentation Software: Expert-level PowerPoint or Google Slides skills, including custom animations and templates. Typography & Layout: Strong understanding of type hierarchy, grid systems, and color theory. Basic HTML/CSS (Bonus): Ability to tweak web-based training portals or email templates. Preferred Qualifications Portfolio: Demonstrated work samples of training materials, marketing campaigns, and video content. Fast-paced Agility: Comfortable juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines. Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for presenting concepts and documenting processes.
