Your Mission As our next Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all platforms. From campaign creatives to packaging, social media posts to website visuals, and even customized brand assets like inserts, tags, and event branding—your work will speak directly to our fashion-forward audience. With a strong understanding of design principles and the latest AI tools, you’ll help us streamline creative processes while delivering high-quality, impactful designs. What You’ll Do • Design visually engaging content for social media, website, campaigns, packaging and all custom brand assets • Develop digital assets like banners, GIFs, reels thumbnails, and motion graphics • Create brand-aligned visuals for new collections, launches, and marketing initiatives • Use AI tools to enhance creativity, speed up design workflows, and generate design drafts • Collaborate with the content, marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to life • Ensure design consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of all visual content • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and fashion industry aesthetics What You Bring • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) • Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, and similar platforms • Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, and ChatGPT for creatives • A strong portfolio that showcases design aesthetics and versatility • Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills • Ability to multitask, take feedback constructively, and meet tight deadlines • Strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion and branding • Ability to work full-time on-site in Jaipur Why Work with Us • Join a visionary team redefining how design meets fashion • A collaborative and innovation-driven work culture • Access to industry-leading AI tools and creative tech • Competitive salary + performance incentives • Creative freedom, rapid skill development, and visible impact Show more Show less
