Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Creative Hybrid—someone who is a master of Figma but isn't afraid to open a code editor. As our Senior Product Designer, you will lead the visual evolution of our Healthcare RCM platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design lifecycle: from defining the brand’s visual language and "look and feel" to building functional, high-fidelity prototypes that our engineering team can move straight into production.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Brand Alignmen

• tBrand Guardian: Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity (typography, color theory, iconography) that conveys "Trust, Security, and Efficiency"—critical for healthcare
• .Design Systems: Build and scale a comprehensive Figma Design System (components, variants, tokens) to ensure consistency across the RCM product suite
• .High-Fidelity UI: Craft pixel-perfect interfaces for complex data dashboards, financial reports, and administrative workflows

• gyUser Journeys: Map out intricate healthcare billing workflows, reducing cognitive load for users dealing with complex X12 and FHIR dat
