Graphic Design Manager

Role Overview

The Graphic Design Manager will be responsible for managing design projects end-to-end—from client briefings to project delivery. The role requires excellent communication skills, an eye for design and typography, and strong project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a graphic design agency (with preference for candidates from the digital invites industry)

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the design team.

- Take detailed briefs from clients, understand requirements, and translate them into actionable design tasks.

- Plan, track, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.

- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and external vendors to execute projects effectively.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively provide solutions.

- Ensure **quality standards** and brand consistency across all deliverables (digital and print).

- Maintain and update tasks using a project management tool.

- Provide regular updates to clients on project timelines and milestones.

- Oversee project closure, capturing client feedback and ensuring smooth handovers.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Design/Project Management/Communications or related field.

- 1+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator in a graphic design agency or similar creative setup (candidates experienced in the digital invites/wedding stationery domain will be preferred).

- Excellent project management skills with working knowledge of project management tools.

- Strong sense of design, typography, and visual aesthetics.

- Outstanding communication and client-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Highly organized with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
