As our HR Executive, you'll be instrumental in nurturing this culture and ensuring our team members are supported and empowered to do their best work. What You'll Do: As our HR Executive, you'll be at the heart of our people operations, managing a wide range of responsibilities that impact every Snapivite team member. Your key responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Onboarding: * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management for various roles within our creative and manufacturing teams. * Develop and implement engaging onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed, integrated, and productive from day one. HR Administration & Compliance: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files. * Manage attendance, leave, and other HR administrative tasks efficiently. * Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations (e.g., PF, ESIC, minimum wages) applicable in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Payroll Processing: * Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, deductions, and reimbursements. * Manage tax-related documentation and ensure adherence to statutory requirements. Employee Relations & Engagement: * Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, fostering a positive and open communication environment. * Organize and support engaging team activities, events, and initiatives that strengthen our informal and collaborative culture. * Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee retention and overall job satisfaction. Performance Management: * Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes. * Support managers and employees with constructive feedback mechanisms and development plans. Training & Development: * Identify training needs across different departments. * Coordinate and facilitate internal or external training programs that align with employee growth and business objectives. HRIS Management: * Effectively manage and update our HR software/systems, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging its features for HR operations. * Look for opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology. What We're Looking For: * Experience: 2-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within a fast-paced or creative industry. * Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: * Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and Indian labor laws. * Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations. * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. * Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. * A solutions-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
