We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer with strong conceptual thinking and design skills who can bring ideas to life across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design creative assets for advertising campaigns, digital content, print, OOH, social media, and branding. Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to translate briefs into visually striking ideas. Develop layouts, typography, illustrations, and brand collaterals that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Adapt designs into various formats and sizes for different media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, print ads, banners, etc.). Experiment with new design styles, trends, and formats to keep campaigns fresh and engaging. Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, art directors, and account managers to ensure high-quality creative delivery. Handle multiple projects under tight timelines without compromising creativity and detail. RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in a creative/advertising agency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Figma is a plus). Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and layout design. Ability to convert strategic briefs into compelling visual ideas. Excellent attention to detail and strong time management. Portfolio showcasing a range of advertising and design work. Nice to HaveExperience with motion graphics, GIFs, or basic animation. Knowledge of UI/UX and digital-first design principles. Sketching/illustration skills for quick concepting.
