As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that reflect the Hair Candy aesthetic and align with brand guidelines. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop content for digital, print, and in-salon branding. A strong sense of luxury design, trend awareness, and marketing-driven creativity is crucial. Key Responsibilities Develop and design creatives for social media, website, print, in-salon branding, and marketing campaigns. Ensure all designs strictly follow Hair Candy’s brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone, and aesthetics). Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into impactful visuals that drive engagement and sales. Create visually consistent content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, ads, brochures, standees, packaging, etc.). Stay updated with design, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends to keep the brand’s look modern and aspirational. Design high-quality visual assets for events, promotions, and franchise marketing. Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and guidelines for internal use. Ensure quick turnaround on urgent design requests while maintaining quality.
