Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our Academy and salon team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into admissions. This role is key to ensuring prospective students receive accurate information and a premium experience consistent with the Hair Candy brand. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and politely. • Provide detailed information about Academy courses, fees, and admission procedures. • Follow up with leads generated through ads, social media, and referrals. • Maintain a leads database and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly. • Convince and guide prospective students through the enrollment process. • Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to ensure targets are met. • Address queries, objections, and concerns of potential students/parents. • Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
