We craft videos, campaigns, and experiences that move audiences, spark conversations, and build lasting connections between brands and their consumers. We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling, has a sharp eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. Key ResponsibilitiesEdit long-form and short-form video content for digital platforms (social media, YouTube, ads, brand films, event films, reels, etc.). Work closely with creative directors, producers, and designers to translate briefs into compelling edits. Craft clean cuts, engaging transitions, and impactful visual narratives that align with brand tonality. Add effects, graphics, subtitles, sound design, and music to enhance storytelling. Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and media libraries. Deliver edits on tight deadlines while ensuring quality and creativity. Stay updated on editing trends, formats, and platform best practices (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). RequirementsProven experience as a Video Editor with a strong showreel/portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools. Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling. Knowledge of color correction, audio balancing, and motion graphics basics. Ability to adapt edits for multiple platforms and aspect ratios. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and openness to feedback. Nice to HaveExperience in shooting (camera handling, on-location shoots). Skills in animation, VFX, or 3D software. Understanding of brand marketing and digital-first content creation.
