About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

CRM and Email Management

  • Maintain and update CRM with client and lead information.
  • Organise and respond to emails professionally and on time.

Client and Lead Coordination

  • Assist in following up with leads and prospects.
  • Schedule and coordinate client calls or meetings.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with internal teams.

Business Development Support

  • Prepare proposals, agreements, and simple presentations.
  • Research potential clients or business opportunities as directed.
  • Track sales pipeline progress and flag pending actions.

Reporting and Insights

  • Generate simple weekly/monthly reports from CRM.
  • Share insights on client interactions and business development activities.

Team Coordination

  • Support managers in day-to-day communication and coordination.
  • Ensure smooth information flow between clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and ensure alignment with business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

    (Accounting or related background preferred).
  • Freshers and early career professionals are welcome to apply.
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Tech-savvy, smart, proactive, and quick to learn.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and online tools.
  • Must be available for
