Role Overview

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), you will be part of a structured learning and development program designed to build future leaders across various functional areas of our retail and e- commerce business. The program includes hands-on exposure, mentoring, and real-time projects to develop your skills in business operations, data analysis, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities During Training:

• Learning about retail business operations across departments

• Support data analysis, reporting, and business planning activities

• Participate in live projects and process improvements

• Assist cross-functional teams in daily operations

• Present observations and solutions to leadership team
