Selected candidates will undergo structured training and hands-on project assignments to build their expertise and prepare them for future leadership roles. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects under supervision. Gain hands-on experience in [specific domain – e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil, solar, or service operations]. Support senior engineers and managers in daily operational and technical activities. Learn and apply company policies, standards, and best practices. Participate in cross-functional team activities to understand end-to-end business processes. Qualifications & Requirements Education: B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics / Other relevant stream)(NOT for CS OR IT ). Strong academic background with fundamental knowledge of engineering principles. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of relevant technical tools/software. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on challenges.
