Graduate Apprentice Trainee

A Graduate Apprentice Trainee is an entry-level graduate undergoing a structured apprenticeship program designed to bridge academic knowledge with professional skills. Under the Apprenticeship Act, the trainee gains exposure to real-world tasks, receives technical mentorship, and develops an understanding of company functions. Key Responsibilities: · Attend scheduled training sessions (technical, functional, safety) and complete learning modules. · Assist team members in day-to-day activities, such as preparing reports, updating logs, or supporting engineering/admin tasks. · Maintain records of work, prepare reports, and support documentation of SOPs or project data. · Aid in field measurements, quality checks, and process trials under supervision. ·Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and reporting requirements. · Participate in regular performance assessments and submit feedback on training experiences. Qualifications: 1.Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.) or Commerce/Arts/Science stream depending on role. 2.Registered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) or similar. 3.Basic computer skills – MS Office, Internet, Email. 4.Willingness to learn and contribute. 5.Strong communication and time-management skills.
