Identify and pursue sales opportunities in government infrastructure projects such as CPWD, PWD, MES, Smart Cities, PSUs, etc.
Handle complete government tendering process – registration, documentation, bidding, and follow-ups. Ensure product approvals and specification in BOQs, tenders, and project drawings.
Build strong working relationships with government departments, contractors, architects, and consultants.
Participate in government exhibitions and vendor meets to represent the company.
Track and maintain data on upcoming tenders, approvals, and project status.
Achieve monthly and quarterly government sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and product support.
Graduate (any stream); MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in government or institutional sales, preferably in the bathware/building material/construction industry.
Strong knowledge of e-tendering platforms, DGS&D/GeM, and government procurement norms.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively for project and department visits.
