Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Governance Risk and Compliance Supervisor to join our team at Hexaware Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software services and compliance, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective governance risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance programs and procedures.
Provide training and guidance on compliance matters to employees and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance indicators.
Ensure all compliance activities are documented and maintained appropriately.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with compliance management tools and technologies is an asset.
