Role Overview:

Google/Meta Ads Expert

You will report directly to the Founder and work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams.

What You’ll Own

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan, set up, and optimize Meta Ads (FB/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YT)
• Set up retargeting, custom audiences, and A/B testing
• Track conversions using pixels, UTM, and Google Tag Manager
• Manage ad budgets across multiple accounts and industries

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPC) and make data-backed decisions
• Build and present weekly/monthly reports for internal review and client updates

Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with the design/content team to develop ad creatives
• Communicate with clients regarding ad performance and suggestions
• Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and ad trends

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in Meta & Google Ads (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of ad dashboards, conversion tracking, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns
• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred)
• Detail-oriented and results-driven with strong communication skills
• Proficient in tools like Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Tag Manager, and basic Excel
