Job Title: Google Ads Specialist

Location: Noida (On-site)
Experience: 2–8 Years
Industry: Education / Ed-Tech
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday–Saturday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in analytics and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, create data-driven reports, and deliver high-quality leads while maximizing ROI. Prior experience in the Education / Ed-Tech sector is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Shopping).
  • Build and manage custom audience segments based on city, education level, and behavior.
  • Track and analyze key metrics including CPC, CPA/CPConversion, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality Ratio.
  • Prepare detailed Excel reports outlining daily/weekly/monthly performance—ad spend, leads generated, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Create and edit creatives (banners, short videos) using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum lead generation at minimum cost.
  • Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel dashboards.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and admissions teams to enhance campaign impact.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting decks for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–8 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Digital Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Analytics, Excel reporting, and data interpretation.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index-Match, Dashboard creation, automation formulas.
  • Experience in the Education / Ed-Tech industry is mandatory.
  • Hands-on expertise in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
  • Must provide past performance reports including:
  • Total Ad Spend
  • Leads Generated
  • CPC & CPConversion
  • Screenshots or copies of original reports as evidence
