Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategy and optimize our digital marketing performance across channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving qualified traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing marketing ROI.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to scale customer acquisition, test new strategies, and bring data-backed insights into every campaign you run.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Implementing marketing automation and lead generation strategies
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
  • Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies

Key Requirements

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels
  • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
  • Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, affiliates, display)
  • Strong proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into campaign optimizations
  • Experience in growth environments (startups, DTC, SaaS, eCommerce) is a plus
  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
  • You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
