Google Ads Specialist

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads for multiple clients. You’ll work closely with our digital strategy and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
• Write compelling ad copy and continuously test variations
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for optimal ROI
• Generate performance reports and deliver actionable insights to clients/stakeholders
• Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics
• Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (2+ years preferred)
• Google Ads Certification(s) strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization and quality score factors
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools (e.g., Data Studio)
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
