Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Google Ads, and a proven ability to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Write and optimize ad copies and extensions
• Set up conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and remarketing
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting
• Improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rates
• Prepare performance reports and insights
• Coordinate with SEO, landing page, and sales teams
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends

Requirements

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROI
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certification
• Experience in lead generation for B2B and B2C businesses
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
• Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing
