Position Overview: We are looking for a persuasive and energetic Google Ads Telesales Executive to contact potential clients, explain our digital advertising services, and convert interest into qualified leads or sales. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Google Ads and experience in telesales or digital marketing outreach. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects and pitch Google Ads services Understand client needs and explain how Google Ads can benefit their business Follow up on warm leads and close deals over the phone Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead targets Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure campaign delivery What We Value: Experience in telesales, cold calling, or inside sales Basic to advanced knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing Excellent spoken communication and convincing skills Goal-oriented, self-driven, and persistent attitude Preferred Experience: 1–2 years in telesales, preferably in IT or digital marketing Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems Understanding of online advertising terms like CPC, CTR, and ROAS Benefits: Office-based role with daily team interaction Paid leave and company-observed holidays Performance-based incentives and commission structure Growth opportunities in digital sales and campaign strategy Training and support to enhance product knowledge Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
