Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Google Ads Inside Sales Consultant to engage with inbound and warm leads, understand their needs, and offer Google Ads solutions to drive their business growth. You’ll work closely with the marketing and campaign teams to ensure clients receive high-impact advertising results. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads Consult with prospects to identify advertising goals and recommend Google Ads solutions Explain campaign structures, pricing, and expected performance outcomes Coordinate with the execution team to ensure proper campaign setup Maintain detailed records in CRM and manage your sales pipeline effectively Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion metrics What We Value: Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) Experience in inside sales, consultative selling, or digital advertising sales Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills Ability to understand client needs and align them with service offerings Target-driven and comfortable handling multiple leads simultaneously Preferred Experience: 1 years in digital marketing or SaaS sales Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management Understanding of PPC, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and other advertising KPIs Benefits: Office-based role (remote work is not allowed) Paid leave and company-observed holidays Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities Supportive team and access to sales tools and training Exposure to advanced Google Ads strategies and client accounts Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Compensation Package: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
