Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Ads Manager to oversee and manage our paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ad management tools, analytics, targeting, and creative collaboration to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube.
• Develop targeting strategies, budgets, and schedules for optimized results.
• Collaborate with design/content teams for creatives, visuals, and copywriting.
• Set up tracking (Pixel, GA4, etc.) and monitor key metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CPL.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data and A/B testing.
• Generate detailed performance reports and insights for internal review.
• Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
