About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search and display campaigns across the Google ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a data-oriented performance marketer who understands how to build, analyse, and scale campaigns that drive measurable ROI.

You will be responsible for creating and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping), with a focus on performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on analytics, has a test-and-learn mindset, and wants to deliver real business impact through paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Write compelling ad copy and work with the creative team to ensure ad assets are optimized for conversions.
  • Set up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, Quality Score, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ads, extensions, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Provide regular reports with key insights, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders or clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new features, and best practices across Google Ads and digital advertising in general.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
  • Proven experience in lead generation and/or eCommerce performance marketing.
  • Previous work in a digital marketing agency is a strong plus.
  • Experience handling multiple client accounts and working with international markets is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video, and/or Shopping).
  • Experience with Data Studio, Looker, or similar BI tools.
  • Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
  • Familiarity with landing page tools (Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow, etc.) is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
