Google Ads Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Google Ads Specialist with at least 5 years of proven expertise in managing performance-driven ad campaigns focused on lead generation. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of campaign strategy, keyword research, ad copywriting, and continuous performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation.
• Conduct detailed keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign ROI.
• Optimize campaigns regularly to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead.
• Develop compelling ad copies and perform A/B testing for better performance.
• Collaborate with the design and web teams to optimize landing pages.
• Track lead performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
• Generate weekly reports with performance metrics and optimization insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in generating quality leads through paid advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Keyword Planner.
• Excellent understanding of landing page performance and funnel tracking.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
