Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Google Ads Specialist. Located on-site in Kolkata, the Google Ads Specialist will manage and optimize PPC campaigns, analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and develop strategies to improve ROI. The Specialist will also work closely with the creative team to align campaign objectives with broader marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, ensuring performance goals (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) are met.
• Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with creative teams for visuals.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve results.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of driving results through performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to interpret data and generate insights for continuous optimization.
• Strong communication skills to present strategies and results clearly.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads / Programmatic is a plus.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO tools.
