Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage scalable Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube and Shopping to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and landing-page coordination to maximise conversions and lower CPA.
  • Implement and optimise bidding strategies (Smart Bidding, manual CPC, target ROAS/CPA) and manage daily/weekly budget pacing.
  • Configure and validate tracking and attribution—GA4, GTM, conversion events, UTM tagging, and offline conversion imports.
  • Analyse campaign and funnel performance; produce actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports (ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, churn impact).
  • Collaborate with product, creative and growth teams to execute A/B tests, creative experiments and landing page improvements that scale.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrable performance improvements (lowered CPA / increased ROAS).
  • Strong knowledge of SEM best practices, keyword research, negative keyword strategy and campaign structuring.
  • Proven experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager for event tracking and conversion validation.
  • Analytical ability—comfort with Excel/Sheets and basic SQL for reporting, forecasting and anomaly detection.
  • Experience running A/B tests, CRO initiatives and translating results into optimisation roadmaps.

Preferred

  • Certifications: Google Ads Search/Display/Video certification and GA4 certification.
  • Exposure to health/regulated verticals, Shopping feed management, or marketing automation platforms.
