About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Ad Specialist with a strong command of Google Ads, Shopping Ads, PPC, and PMAX campaigns to join our digital marketing team in Durg, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing strategies that drive measurable results and ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video Ads.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting strategies.

Analyze performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable insights.

Optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages for conversions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads policies and platform changes.

Monitor budgets, improve quality scores, and ensure maximum ROI.

Generate performance reports and communicate results with clients/team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and PPC campaign management.

Proven expertise in running Shopping Ads, Smart Campaigns, and conversion tracking.

Google Ads Certification (Preferred).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
