What You'll Do - Plan & Execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) for our premium products portfolio Optimize campaigns end-to-end for lead-gen goals: form submissions, inquiries, trials Analyze & Report on performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and recommend actionable optimizations Budget Management : Allocate and pace daily/weekly/monthly budgets to maximize ROI Collaborate with design & content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives and landing pages Expand Your Skill Set : Learn and launch campaigns on Pinterest Ads and LinkedIn Ads under mentorship Stay Ahead of PPC best practices, platform updates, and emerging digital-ad trends What We’re Looking For - 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads with a proven lead-gen track record Google Ads Certification (Search & Display) is a plus Strong command of Google Analytics , Tag Manager , and UET/Conversion tracking Exceptional analytical skills—comfortable distilling data into clear insights and action plans Experience with A/B testing, landing-page optimization, and creative messaging Appetite to learn and own new channels (Pinterest, LinkedIn) quickly Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a lean, collaborative environment Passion for premium products, design, and creating world-class digital experiences Why Join Mavicu?
