Search Campaigns for Lead Generation


What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage

    Search Campaigns from scratch

    — keyword research, ad copy, extensions, and landing page alignment.
  • Optimize for

    CPL (Cost per Lead)

    and

    Conversion Rate

    , while maintaining campaign scalability.
  • Expertly balance

    manual and smart bidding

    — with a strong grasp of when to trust automation and when to take control.
  • Analyze metrics with a

    natural sense of campaign flow

    — able to read data patterns, identify opportunities, and predict trends instinctively.
  • Collaborate with

    Data Analysts

    to interpret tracking, tags, and data layers (analyst handles GTM implementation).
  • Handle

    client strategy, presentations, and performance reporting

    directly.
  • Stay continuously updated on

    Google Ads trends, AI-driven tools, and new bidding strategies

    .
  • Proactively refine

    audience segmentation, targeting, and keyword strategies

    for ongoing performance improvement.


What we're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years

    of proven experience in

    Google Ads - Lead Generation campaigns

    .
  • Advanced expertise in

    manual bidding

    and understanding of

    client conversion journeys

    .
  • Data-driven thinker who can

    read campaign health naturally

    through metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Smart Bidding (tCPA)

    ,

    Audience Layering

    , and

    Conversion Tracking (Tag Manager)

    .
  • Strong

    client handling

    and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work closely with

    Data Analysts

    .
  • Based in

    Chennai

    or willing to relocate (

    onsite only

    ).
  • Experience managing

    international campaigns

    (Australia, US, UK).
  • Background in

    B2B lead generation

    and

    high-intent search funnels

    .
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Performance, or Measurement).
