Our primary markets are the USA and Europe, and we’re on a mission to scale our digital footprint across international territories through data-driven performance marketing.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive Google Ads Executive / Performance Marketer who can take full ownership of our Google and Meta advertising campaigns, optimize the website backend, and drive international sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Google & Meta Ads Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube) targeting international markets.
  • Execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for both B2B and B2C product segments.
  • Implement retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and conversion-optimized creatives.

Performance Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor and optimize ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Conduct regular A/B tests, audience segmentation, and keyword analysis.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Website Backend Coordination

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates in coordination with the tech team.
  • Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to improve sales conversion.

Growth Planning & Strategy

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define sales targets and growth campaigns.
  • Execute strategic ad campaigns based on seasonality, product demand, and geo-specific trends.
  • Stay updated with ad platform changes, industry best practices, and tools for international eCommerce marketing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management (preferably for international eCommerce).
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, etc.
  • Familiarity with website backend management tools.
  • Performance and growth-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end ad operations and scale international campaigns independently.
