• Perform

  keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and bid optimization

• Monitor daily performance and take proactive optimization actions
• Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency

• Track and optimize towards

  real conversions

  (leads, calls, sales)
• Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups
• Analyze search terms, auction insights, and performance trends

• Prepare clear performance reports and insights
• Share improvement recommendations backed by data
• Maintain campaign hygiene and documentation

• Work with:
• Senior Google Ads Strategists
• Analytics & tracking team
• Account managers
• Follow internal SOPs and best practices

• 1–3 years of

  hands-on Google Ads experience

• Strong understanding of:
• Search Ads
• Keyword match types
• Bidding strategies
• Quality Score optimization
• Experience managing

  lead generation or e-commerce campaigns

• Basic working knowledge of

  GA4

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Experience with Performance Max campaigns
• Understanding of conversion tracking & GTM
• Google Ads certification(s)
• Experience working in an agency environment

• Performance-focused mindset (leads, ROAS, CPL—not likes or impressions)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to advanced Google Ads strategies
• Process-driven and disciplined approach
• Ability to handle multiple accounts responsibly
