Role Description

To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, etc.Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes/policies - KYC adherence.To provide high-quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.Candidates with Gold Loan experience are preferred.Desired Candidate ProfileCandidate should have a regular degree (Candidates with distance education may refrain from applying)The candidate should have a flair for marketing & SalesHe/ She should have a thorough knowledge of gold loan operation and sales with 1+ year of experience in Bank / NBFC

Qualifications

Experience in banking, financial services, or gold appraisal
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
Proficiency with financial and loan management software
Excellent communication skills in local languages and English
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Relevant experience or education in finance or related field is a plus
