Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer located in Himatnagar, Gujarat. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for Gold Loan process, sales target achievement, processing loan applications swiftly, and ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and guidelines. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed records of transactions, managing customer relationships, promoting gold loan products, and assisting in the resolution of customer queries. This role requires strong attention and excellent customer service skills to meet the financial needs of clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Gold Loan operations and appraising gold jewelry
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Understanding of banking regulations and compliance
• Ability to process loan applications accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using banking software and other financial tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
