Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer(Junior Assistant) at our Kaladi branch. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating and processing gold loan applications, ensuring proper documentation and verification of assets. Additional duties include managing customer interactions, providing clients with loan-related information, maintaining accurate records, and conducting regular follow-ups. The role also involves handling cash transactions, safeguarding company assets, and complying with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage client interactions effectively
• Proficiency in cash handling and adherence to regulatory compliance
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of the gold loan business
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
