Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Patiala. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, managing printer support, and troubleshooting hardware issues. Day-to-day tasks include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software, assisting users with technical problems, and ensuring the functionality of various computer and printer systems within the organization.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Knowledge of Printer Support and Maintenance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus
A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
