Gold Loan Officer

As a Gold Loan Officer (Junior Assistant) at Manappuram Finance Ltd., your role will involve evaluating and processing gold loan applications, ensuring proper documentation and verification of assets. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing loan-related information to clients, maintaining accurate records, and conducting regular follow-ups. Additionally, you will handle cash transactions, safeguard company assets, and comply with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and process gold loan applications - Ensure proper documentation and verification of assets - Manage customer interactions effectively - Provide clients with loan-related information - Maintain accurate records of transactions - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients - Handle cash transactions and safeguard company assets - Adhere to regulatory compliance requirements Qualifications: - Strong customer service skills - Proficiency in cash handling and regulatory compliance - Good communication skills and attention to detail - Basic understanding of the gold loan business - Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills Please note that candidates should be graduates with a minimum of 40% marks for male and 60% marks for female candidates. Preference will be given to candidates from Ernakulam District (Angamaly, Kalady, Aluva). The salary offered is Rs. 17,500/- CTC. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.,
