The company focuses on providing innovative gold-backed credit solutions to customers across India. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Field Sales Officer to drive gold loan sales in assigned territories. The role involves meeting customers directly, building relationships, promoting gold loan products, and achieving sales targets through on-ground activities. Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local market activities. • Meet potential and existing customers to promote gold loan products. • Explain product details, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation process. • Conduct customer verification and assist in loan application completion. • Coordinate with branches and operations teams for loan processing and disbursal. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. • Ensure all activities comply with RBI regulations and company policies. • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Key Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, and/or regional languages) • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities • Knowledge of financial products, especially gold loans • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused • Ability to work independently and in field conditions • Basic understanding of documentation and verification processes Eligibility Criteria: • Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred) • Prior experience in field sales, NBFC, or BFSI sector is an advantage • Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply • Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred for field mobility Perks and Benefits: • Fixed Salary + Lucrative Incentives • Performance-based rewards and bonuses • Career growth and internal promotion opportunities • Training and development programs for skill enhancement
