Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Field Sales Officer to drive gold loan sales in assigned territories. The role involves meeting customers directly, building relationships, promoting gold loan products, and achieving sales targets through on-ground activities. Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local market activities. • Meet potential and existing customers to promote gold loan products. • Explain product details, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation process. • Conduct customer verification and assist in loan application completion. • Coordinate with branches and operations teams for loan processing and disbursal. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. • Ensure all activities comply with RBI regulations and company policies. • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
