We are looking for a skilled Golang Backend Developer to design and implement high-performance, scalable backend services for our agent-based system. The ideal candidate will work on authentication (IDAM), agent interactions, ranking algorithms, and microservices, ensuring a secure and efficient backend.

About the Role

The Golang Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using Golang
Architect and implement microservices for agentic applications.
Build and optimize ID and access management systems (authentication & authorization) using OAuth, JWT, or similar protocols.
Develop and manage event-driven architectures (Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ) for real-time agent interactions.
Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis to optimize data storage, indexing, and caching strategies.
Implement graph-based data structures for agent relationships and ranking calculations.
Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of backend services.
Collaborate with the frontend and data teams to integrate APIs effectively.
Write unit and integration tests to maintain robust backend performance.
Manage infrastructure deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in backend development from scratch using Golang

Required Skills

Strong experience in building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
Knowledge of authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect).
Experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with event-driven systems (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ).
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP).
Experience working with Graph-based data structures, ranking algorithms and programming in python is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, monitoring, logging).
