GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist – Funnels, Automations & AI

About the Role

GoHighLevel expert

You will work closely with our team to create, manage, optimize, and scale systems across GHL for multiple business verticals including salons, restaurants, home services, and education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Funnel & Landing Page Development

• Build high-converting landing pages, opt-in pages, sales pages, and thank-you pages using GHL’s builder.
• Structure clear customer journeys with compelling design and copy.
• A/B test page layouts, CTAs, and offers.

2. Workflow & Automation Creation

• Create advanced workflows for:
• Lead nurturing
• Appointment booking
• AI-based follow-ups
• Review automation
• Abandoned leads
• Multi-step conditional logic
• Implement triggers, tags, custom fields, and pipeline updates.

3. CRM, Pipelines & Data Management

• Set up pipelines and opportunity stages aligned with business processes.
• Organize contacts using tags, smart lists, and automation rules.
• Ensure clean data movement between stages.

4. AI-Powered Implementations

• Build and integrate AI assistants (Chat/Voice agents) using GHL + external tools.
• Design rule-based + AI-driven lead qualification flows.
• Automate repetitive tasks using AI + Zapier/Make.com when needed.

5. Marketing Execution

• Build email/SMS campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences.
• Create automation-based retargeting and remarketing flows.
• Implement tracking: UTMs, attribution, reporting dashboards.

6. Tech & Integrations

• Connect and troubleshoot integrations (Stripe, Calendars, WhatsApp APIs, Webhooks, Zapier, Make).
• Build custom triggers and automations across systems.
• Maintain cross-platform reliability.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel

  (funnels, workflows, automations).
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing

  , funnels, conversion psychology.
• Experience building

  with modern design principles.
• Comfortable with

  AI tools

  , ChatGPT, Voice AI agents, workflow automation.
• Knowledge of

  Meta/Google Ads funnels

• Experience creating snapshots.
