Your role will involve supporting clients by developing, training, and enabling them to use the offering. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our offerings and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and manage content for client offerings or solutions. - Train and enable clients to effectively use the offering. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of offerings. - Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems. - Support the team in achieving their goals and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Go-to-Market Strategies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Learning Content Development. - Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and their implementation. - Experience in developing and managing content for client offerings. - Ability to train and enable clients to effectively use the offering. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to provide solutions to complex problems.
