Must have skills:
Deep knowledge in Utilities industry with core expertise in Transmission & DistributionExtensive System Exposure:Hands on experience of working with T&D ADMS systems like Alstom/GE eTerra, OSI Monarch, SE EcoStructure, GE PowerON, GE GridOS (minimum 1 OEM exp)Evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of existing solutions, platforms, and tools against selected business and technology KPIs and strategic goalsExperience of maturity assessments and gap analysis for customer impacting processes in the grid operations of Utilities industryAbility to assess Value Potential of a T&D transformation program and ability to architect the value proposalBlend of Utilities Industry and Consulting (and Technology if possible)Exposure to International Utilities clients (including onshore client facing consulting work experience)Exposure to innovation - IoT, Cyber Security, Digital, Analytics, Mobility, Distributed Energy etc.Process Transformation:Involves defining key performance indicators and associated work practices and collecting, managing and reporting monthly/quarterly on regional status.Deep Process Expertise:Transmission & Distribution, Grid Operations, Smart Grids, Analytics, Process Automation, Field Operations, System Planning, Microgrid Planning and Asset ManagementExtensive System Exposure:Hands on experience of working with T&D systems (deep experience with at least 3 of the following systems - SCADA, DMS, OMS, Grid Cyber Security, MDMS, AMR/AMI, DRMS, DERMS, PI and GIS)Sound knowledge of the regulatory intricacies with experience in driving initiatives to meet compliance requirements such as CAPEX plans, grid predictability and grid reliability is preferredProgram Management:Involves effectively planning, managing and coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic environment with numerous and complex stakeholder groups and execute on-time and on budgetProgramme management experience and track record of successful delivery of large, complex programmeGood knowledge and experience in Digital & System Integration projectsDrawing on extensive knowledge and experience across Digital and System Integration projects be able to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysisStrong writing skills and experience of producing high calibre reports, papers, presentations and thought leadershipActive role in the identification of opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networksChange Management:Involves coaching and/or training personnelAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and lead global distributed teams

Roles & Responsibilities:
Functional Expertise:Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Smart Grids, AMI, Grid Operations, Field Operations, System Planning, Asset Management, Enterprise Transformation, AnalyticsExperience in T&D OT Systems especially in Alstom (now GE) eTerra, OSI Monarch, SE EcoStructure, GE PowerON, GE GridOS (minimum 1 OEM exp)Work independently on defining solution for complex projects or contribute to solution of a programSpecialized in a technology/domain/functional competency area and prepare a road map for the competency/T&D industry segment in form of competitive service offeringsGet involved in assignments in large programs, help in defining business and technological solutions which help customer design and implement new business processes and organization capabilities.Program management of large, complex business programs to deliver digitally enabled solutionsDrive Business Readiness and Deployment activities for region(s)Identify opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networksDraw on extensive knowledge and experience across System Integration projects to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysisTo harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutionsTo provide executives and their teams with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performanceAbility to lead the team from thought leadership, solutioning and demand management perspective (the incumbent will be responsible for the utilization of the team)
Professional & Technical Skills: SCADA Certification Siemens/ABB/Honeywell/Schneider etc. (Would be an advantage).
EMS/ADMS SCADA hands-on experience e.g. Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, OSI Monarch etc. (Would be an advantage) Experience of Python, R etc. -would be an advantageICS Security Certification -would be an advantage IBM Maximo Asset Management-would be an advantage
Additional Information: Extensive travel depending on geographical span

Experience:7-12 years
Educational Qualification:MBA (Tier 1) or equivalent, Relevant accreditation for Utilities industry
