Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd, with a strong background in IT Services & Consulting. The ideal candidate will have experience working on healthcare projects and possess excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports to track progress and performance.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.
Foster a culture of transparency, feedback, and continuous learning within the team.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Agile principles, including Scrum framework and methodology.
Experience working on healthcare projects or similar industries is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana is an added advantage.
