GME Sales Operations Senior Advisor

As a Sales Support and Customer Operations Manager at bp's Customers & Products (C&P) Business & Technology Centre in Pune, India, your role is crucial in enhancing customer experience, improving sales force effectiveness, and driving innovation within the assigned area of responsibility. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating sales support, customer operations, and technical services to ensure efficient interface between sales, operations, and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate customer-related value creation opportunities and assess the attractiveness and fit of existing customers and prospects with market objectives. - Support sales forecasting process and work closely with operations advisors and account managers to prioritize entries within the prospecting pipeline register. - Review and update account plans/joint business plans across direct and indirect channels to ensure proactive measures and appropriate resource allocation. - Coordinate between sales team and Global Business Services (GBS) team for customer/vessel on-boarding and changes. - Act as the custodian of the customer contracting process, preparing and reviewing contracts to support customer conversations. - Prepare product and services offers to customers in collaboration with Account Managers, Technical Services, and Pricing to align with the offer strategy. - Meet with customers and prospects in the absence of Account Managers to maintain effective business relationships. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Graduate or tertiary business qualification with equivalent experience. - Ability to understand customer needs in different marketplaces. - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Salesforce, CRM, SAP, or JDE applications. - Ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans to meet challenging targets.
