Job Description

Looking for a skilled General Manager Secretary to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secretarial activities and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate all aspects of secretarial operations, including correspondence, reports, and meetings.
Provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events with precision and attention to detail.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager Secretary or similar role in the hospitality industry.
