In this GM- Sales role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team to plan, organise, and control selling operations of the companys product portfolio and possible solutions to their clients within construction industry for residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Strategic planning expand companys customer base and ensure strong company presence Marketing create marketing strategies up to creation of its marketing collaterals Achieve sales targets in vertical markets, including data centers, broadband, and telecommunications. Conduct market and competitor analysis Its primary focus will be to find new customers and opportunities. Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the other Departments to develop and present proposals. Ensure clients receive the desired level of service and that projects are successful and meet customer expectations. Pipeline and forecasting - Keeps an updated opportunity pipeline and regularly tracks and reports on progress toward sales goals. People management- Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals. Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
