Job Description

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Oversee General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Intercompany transactions, Journal Entries processes, preparation of standalone financial statements, ledger scrutiny, and other regulatory and tax reporting, providing audit support (internal and external) and ensure accuracy.
Compliance and Controls with financial reporting regulations (Indian GAAP, Ind-AS), RCM, and IFC
Financial Closing
Process Improvement
Audit & Reporting
Manage the preparation of accurate financial reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
Lead the preparation for external and internal audits, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
Risk Management
Team Management

Educational Background & Desired Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 14+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with deep expertise in RTR processes.
Prefer candidates from real estate or construction industry or Shared Services Centre
Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
