Role Overview:

Microland is looking to hire CA Freshers for multiple roles.

Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher (2025 pass-out)

Key Responsibilities:

Role 1

In Treasury:

• Support daily cash flow monitoring, fund allocation, and liquidity management.
• Assist in investment tracking, bank reconciliations, and intercompany settlements.
• Prepare reports on cash utilization, interest cost, and hedging positions.
• Coordinate with banks and internal teams for documentation and compliance.

Role 2

In Business Finance (Deal Pricing & FP&A):

• Participate in deal pricing and financial modelling for new client engagements.
• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Analyse financial performance metrics, profitability, and cost drivers.
• Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to provide business insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant 2025 batch (First or Second Attempt preferred).

• Strong academic foundation in accounting, finance, and business analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to financial modelling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced corporate environment.
