JOB Description :

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance & Accounts professional with over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing financial operations, capital raising, and strategic decision-making. Experience in the Defence or Aerospace sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
• Manage Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities, including valuation, due diligence, and integration.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and maintain the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring effective performance and professional growth.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team to support business growth.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 20+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably within manufacturing industries.
• Experience in the Defence or Aerospace industry is a plus.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
